Jakarta, July 10 -- The 26th ASEAN Plus Three (APT) Foreign Ministers' Meeting was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, today. The Ministers reviewed the progress made in the implementation of the APT Cooperation Work Plan (2023-2027) and discussed the future direction of APT cooperation. The APT countries reaffirmed their commitment towards further strengthening and deepening collaboration in support of regional integration and in addressing emerging issues and challenges. The Meeting was attended by the Foreign Ministers or their representatives of ASEAN Member States, the People's Republic of China, Japan, and the Republic of Korea, and the Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn. Timor-Leste attended as Observer.
