Jakarta, Sept. 4 -- Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today joined the Ministers responsible for environment from ASEAN Member States, Timor-Leste, and the EU Commissioners, at the inaugural ASEAN-EU Ministerial Dialogue on Environment and Climate Change in Langkawi, Malaysia.
