Jakarta, June 3 -- Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, on 3 June 2025, delivered interventions in Breakout Session 2.2 at the OECD Council at Ministerial Level (MCM), in Paris, France. In his interventions, SG Dr. Kao shared ASEAN's perspectives on enhancing multilateral cooperation and rules-based international trading system to foster more stable and robust global value chains.
