Jakarta, June 10 -- Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao KimHourn,delivered a lecture at the Norwegian Centre for Geopolitics of the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI) in Oslo, Norway, on 10 June 2025, centred on the latest developments in ASEAN and presented opportunities and challenges for ASEAN-Norway relations. Dr. Kao also discussed and exchanged views with the participants on emerging regional and global issues.
