The Government chief made the above remarks at the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress in Ha Noi on Saturday.

Over the past five years, many emulation movements have been introduced and helped Viet Nam successfully defeat the COVID-19 pandemic, eradicate substandard houses four months ahead of schedule, raise the length of expressways to more than 3,000 kilometers, rebuild houses for people in flood-hit areas, and promote the advancement of science, technology and innovation.
