Phnom Penh,Cambodia, Dec. 10 -- On the afternoon of 9 December 2025, the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and the SOSORO Museum signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation in human resource development in the area of diplomacy and political economy.

H.E. Dr. Chea Serey, Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia, and H.E. Eat Sophea, Permanent Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, presided over the MoU signing by H.E. Cheuy Vichet, President of NIDIR, and Mr. Blaise Kilian, Co-Director of the SOSORO Museum.
