Hanoi, Vietnam, Dec. 15 -- The Government chief made the request on December 14 while visiting the construction site of Long Thanh International Airport, Viet Nam's largest aviation infrastructure project, located in Dong Nai province, about 40 km east of the Southern metropolis of Ho Chi Minh City.
It is expected that the airport will conduct a technical test flight on December 15 and operate its first official flight on December 19, 2025.
Pham commended units, contractors, and especially 15,000 experts, engineers, and workers, for speeding up the project's construction to meet the schedule.
