Hanoi, Vietnam, Dec. 12 -- The newly approved resolution provides special mechanisms and policies designed to accelerate the implementation of major and strategic projects in Ha Noi.

These mechanisms and policies shall take effect for five years, starting December 12, 2025.

The Ha Noi municipal People's Committee is empowered to decide on urban redevelopment, renovation, and reconstruction projects. This includes demolishing old residential buildings, upgrading urban blocks, and approving detailed plans for project zones.
