Phnom Penh,Cambodia, Dec. 20 -- On the afternoon of 19 December 2025, the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR) organized a joint closing ceremony for two training courses, namely the "Advanced Capacity-Building Course for Senior Diplomats" and the "Food Diplomacy Course," with the participation of senior officials and relevant stakeholders.

The ceremony was presided over by Her Excellency PECH Puthisathbopeaneaky, Secretary of State and High Representative of H.E. PRAK Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
