Phnom Penh,Cambodia, Dec. 19 -- On 19 December 2025, His Excellency Meas Kim Heng, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, received a courtesy call from Mrs. Laurel E. Miller, President and Chief Executive Officer of The Asia Foundation, at the Ministry.

The meeting focused on the strategic plan and progress of TAF's project implementation on various areas, including human capital, good governance, gender equality, women empowerment, MSMEs, climate change and the organization's cooperation with the National Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations (NIDIR) on capacity building.
