Phnom Penh,Cambodia, Dec. 19 -- On 18 December 2025, His Excellency MEAS Kim Heng, Secretary of State and Chairman of the Cambodia National Secretariat for Mekong-Lancang Cooperation, attended the closing ceremony of the project titled 'Promoting Production Capacity Cooperation through SME Capacity Building and Technical Cooperation under the Industry 4.0 Context within the Mekong-Lancang Cooperation Framework in Phnom Penh.

The event also included an award ceremony for student teams participating in the Cambodia Business Incubator for Food Product Development' competition.
