Phnom Penh,Cambodia, Dec. 3 -- On the morning of 3 December 2025, on behalf of His Excellency PRAK Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, His Excellency KUNG Phoak, Secretary of State, received a courtesy call by the Cambodian youth delegation participating in the 49th Ship for Southeast Asian and Japanese Youth Program (SSEAYP) 2025 from 15 January to 17 February 2025 in Japan and Singapore.
