Phnom Penh,Cambodia, Dec. 9 -- On the morning of 9 December 2025, at the Ministry, Her Excellency EAT Sophea, Permanent Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, conducted a briefing on the recent outbreak of armed offensive along the Cambodia-Thai border to member of diplomatic corps and international organizations accredited to Cambodia.
