Phnom Penh,Cambodia, Nov. 23 -- Her Excellency CHRING Botumrangsay, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, paid a visit to Hungary on 21 November 2025, where she and His Excellency Peter Sztaray, State Secretary for Security Policy and Energy Security of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary, co-chaired the Second Session of Political Bilateral Consultations between the two Foreign Ministries.
