Hanoi, Vietnam, Dec. 18 -- It was financed by the Global Environment Facility (GEF) through the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).
The project will be carried out by the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment through the Institute of Strategy and Policy on Agriculture and Environment within 48 months (during 2025-2028) nationwide, with key activities taking place in Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang.
