Hanoi, Vietnam, Feb. 23 -- The Decree shall be applicable to the following individuals and organizations:
- Individuals who commit administrative violations and are subject to temporary detention under administrative procedures;
- Individuals who commit administrative violations and are subject to escort measures;
- Foreign nationals who commit violations of Vietnamese law and are subject to deportation in accordance with the Law on Handling of Administrative Violations;
- Competent authorities responsible for imposing deportation penalties, ordering temporary detention, and carrying out escort procedures in accordance with regulations;
- Other agencies, units, and organizations involved in the implementation of deportation penalties, ...
