Singapore, Dec. 11 -- Closing Ceremony of the "Second Spanish Course for Diplomats and Officials of ASEAN" was held on 10 December 2019 at the ASEAN Secretariat. The Spanish Course, provided by the Government of Colombia, was conducted by the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana and participated by 30 officials of ASEAN from September to December 2019.
