Phnom Penh,Cambodia, Nov. 26 -- On the afternoon of 25 November 2025, Her Excellency EAT Sophea, Permanent Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MFA-IC), led a briefing for members of the Diplomatic Corps and International Organizations to Cambodia on the findings of the preliminary investigation of the shooting by Thai armed forces, in Prey Chan village, Banteay Meanchey province, on 12 November 2025, which was conducted on 13 November 2025 by the Cambodian National Police, with the participation of Asean Observation Team (AOT).
