Phnom Penh,Cambodia, Nov. 21 -- On the afternoon of 20 November 2025, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, held a bilateral discussion with His Excellency Ignazio Cassis, Head of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs of the Swiss Confederation in Kigali, Rwanda.
