Jakarta, July 10 -- The ASEAN Post-Ministerial Conference with Japan was held today in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Meeting reviewed the progress of ASEAN-Japan cooperation and discussed its future direction. The Ministers focused on advancing the ASEAN-Japan Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, including through the effective implementation of the Joint Vision Statement on ASEAN-Japan Friendship and Cooperation: Trusted Partners. The Ministers also exchanged views on regional and international issues of mutual interest and concern.
