ASEAN-Brazil Joint Sectoral Cooperation Committee (AB-JSCC) Meeting, held at the ASEAN Headquarters/ASEAN Secretariat in Jakarta today, reaffirmed ASEAN and Brazil's commitment to strengthening ties and advancing practical cooperation across key areas of mutual interest.

The Meeting reviewed progress in implementing the ASEAN-Brazil Practical Cooperation Areas (PCA) 2024-2028, which provides a roadmap for mutually beneficial collaboration. Ongoing initiatives cover areas such as science, technology and innovation, education, energy, public health, food security, climate change, and people-to-people exchanges.
