JAKARTA, Nov. 29 -- ASEAN and Switzerland today agreed to add further substance to their cooperation in order to make the partnership more robust in the coming years.
Meeting at the 4th ASEAN-Switzerland Joint Sectoral Cooperation Committee at the ASEAN Secretariat, both sides saw the vast potential to expand collaboration in areas such as cybersecurity, MSMEs development, addressing challenges of 4th Industrial Revolution, tourism, public health, waste management, connectivity, narrowing of the development gap, promoting the rights and welfare of children, mine action, water resources management, and support for the ASEAN Smart Cities Network initiative.
