The European Union (EU) and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) are convening a two-day peer learning workshop in Manila on 12-13 February 2026 to strengthen cooperation on qualifications frameworks, support learner and worker mobility, and enhance trust and transparency in qualifications recognition across both regions.
