Hanoi, Vietnam, Jan. 22 -- The action program targets to successfully implement the ASCC Strategic Plan in Viet Nam during 2026-2035, contributing to the building of an integrated, self-reliant, resilient, sustainable, and people-centered ASEAN Community by 2045.
