Hanoi, Vietnam, Dec. 23 -- The Central Committee unanimously approved the personnel plan, which will be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress scheduled to take place in Ha Noi from January 19-25, 2026.
During the upcoming Party National Congress, the delegates will elect members to the 14th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Viet Nam, the Politburo, the Secretariat, and the key leadership positions of the Party and the State for the 2026-2031 tenure.
Addressing the closing ceremony, General Secretary To Lam said the Central Committee agreed that Viet Nam will focus on implementing three strategic breakthroughs:
