Https, July 14 -- Sri Lanka has limited movement in three areas in Rajanganaya in Anuradhapura and is tracing and quarantining contacts and staff of a drug rehabilitation centre, officials said, as the public was urged to follow social distancing.

"The main message we can give is to strictly follow health regulations and social distancing," the head of Sri Lanka's Health Service Anil Jasinghe said.

"We can see that there is some relaxation. At the moment there is no country-wide spread but it is mainly in Rajangana and Welikanda."

Jasinghe said a large number of staff and contacts are being rounded up from many areas but not all were confirmed.
