New Delhi, Aug. 23 -- Kolkata-based dancer-choreographer Shashwati Garai Ghosh conducted a two-day workshop on the classical Indian dance form Odissi in Dhaka in which around 50 Bangladesh students participated.

During the course of the workshop that concluded August 21, Ghosh, apart from performing two dance pieces, also held an interactive session with noted Bangladeshi dance exponents like of Amanul Haque, Benazir Salam and Belayet Hossain Khan, The Daily Star reported Friday.

The workshop was organized by the Bangladeshi dance school Nritya Nandan at the Daily Star-Bengal Arts Precinct at The Daily Star Centre in Dhaka.
