DHAKA, March 20 -- Bhutan's Prime Minister Lotay Tshering will pay a visit to Bangladesh in the second week of April, when he is expected to sign multiple bilateral deals.

Bangladesh Foreign Secretary Md Shahidul Haque made the announcement on Tuesday after the Bangladesh Bhutan Foreign Office Consultations (FOC), the Daily Star reported.

Tshering would sign deals in areas of connectivity, health, agriculture and public administration trainings, the Bangladesh foreign secretary said, adding that he would be visiting the country following an invitation of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
