New Delhi, Sept. 23 -- Built-in appliances major BSH Home Appliances has launched its 'Direct2Customer' buying facility in a bid to provide consumers with an "exclusive" and premium range of products from Bosch's global portfolio, the company said in a press statement.
The company will push the Direct2Customer model in the domestic market through its select kitchen dealers. It will kick start the platform with Mumbai followed by other cities with BSH's established network.
According to the company, the channel will offer consumers not only an opportunity to experience the products physically with a live demo but also with delivery, tracking and installation services from Bosch.
