Hyderabad, May 17 -- BJP Legislature Party leader Alleti Maheshwar Reddy has launched a scathing attack on Telangana chief minister Revanth Reddy, alleging that the state is facing a severe financial crisis and accusing the government of contemplating cuts to welfare schemes under the pretext of an economic emergency.
