Hyderabad, July 24 -- Hindutva activist from Gujarat Kajal Hindusthani at an event in New York called Muslims "enemies of Hindus" and "zombies" on Wednesday. Her attack on Muslims on foreign soil is a first, where she also compared the community to demons from Hindu Mythology. The woman whose actual name is Kajal Singhala, referred to the community as 'Mahishasura'.

Previously, a coalition of Muslims, Christians Hindu, and Sikh groups such as the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) NC chapter, Indian American Muslim Council, the Sikh Coalition, and Muslims for Social Justice, called for the cancellation of Kajal Hindusthani's events in the U.S.
