Hyderabad, Dec. 31 -- A group of Israeli soldiers assaulted a Palestinian man with disabilities in the West Bank on Monday, December 29, in yet another incident of violence against Palestinians in the occupied territory that has spiked dramatically since October 2023.

The video of the assault, which was shared on social media, showed the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) soldiers snatching crutches from the man. They also detained the man briefly, even as he was handcuffed and blindfolded.

The Palestinian man was pushed to the ground and was assaulted by the soldiers. The victim could been seen pleading for mercy.
