Hyderabad, June 10 -- Five members of a Muslim family were injured when a mob attacked them in Sirnapally village, Indalvai Mandal, Nizamabad district, Telangana.

The injured include Ahmed Ullah Khan, his wife Rizwana Begum, and their sons Mohammed Khan and Aman Khan. They were assaulted by a mob of 60-70 people allegedly armed with sharp weapons.

The attack occurred when Aman Khan and Mohammed Khan-who had been ostracized from the village after being arrested in what they claim was a false case-returned to their ancestral home to celebrate Eid-ul-Adha. The brothers had been living in Kamareddy for the past two years.
