Add commute time and one realizes that metropolitan India spends a large part of its waking hours in office or commuting to and from work. Given these facts, it is imperative that the office be a space that can do both - excite and inspire employees to be their productive best as well as support them in their personal lives, to balance the work life scales a bit.
