New Delhi, Oct. 12 -- New Delhi Railway Station has unveiled the new Yatri Suvidha Kendra to enhance passenger comfort during the festival season, as announced by Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw.
The facility can accommodate about 7,000 passengers and is divided into three zones: ticketing, post-ticketing, and pre-ticketing, aimed at minimizing congestion. It includes 22 ticket counters, 25 Automatic Ticket Vending Machines, seating for 200, and facilities for cooling.
