Uzbekistan votes for Constitutional reforms referendum
New Delhi, April 30 -- Historic Day for the people of Uzbekistan to adopt new constitutional reforms.
Polling also being held across all Uzbek Foreign Mission around the world
International Observers from many countries overseeing referendum.

Samarkand, April 30 The constitutional reforms aims at bringing more transparency and promises human rights reforms.
The current reforms also aims at abolishing capital punishment and boosting legal protection for citizens. The results of the referendum is expected to be announced on Monday.
