India, Sept. 5 -- Sanjib Kumar Suar has been appointed as the new Head of Project at NTPC Kanti, assuming charge on September 4, 2025. Suar brings nearly forty years of experience with NTPC, having joined as an Executive Trainee in 1986. He holds a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from Sambalpur University and an M.Tech.

in Power Generation Technology from IIT Delhi. His extensive career includes service at various NTPC stations such as Vindhyachal, Talcher Kaniha, Raipur, Jhajjar, and North Karanpura, where he gained broad experience in electrical maintenance, transformers, switchgears, protection systems, and O&M management.
