Gurgoan, June 1 -- REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited handed over a project specific SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) of ISTS Transmission Project under TBCB route viz, WRNES Talegaon Power Transmission Limited to Adani Energy Solutions Limited on 30th May 2025.
The estimated cost of the project is around Rs. 1,807.46 Crore.
The SPV was handed over by T.S.C. Bosh, CEO, RECPDCL to Sanjay Arvind Johri, Vice President (BD), Adani Energy Solutions Limited in the presence of Senior Officials of RECPDCL, Adani Energy Solutions Limited and Central Transmission Utility of India Limited. The implementation period of the project is till 01.01.2028.
