India, Feb. 22 -- The government's commitment to enhancing regional connectivity and urban mobility throughout the National Capital Region (NCR) will be reaffirmed when Prime Minister Narendra Modi visits Meerut on Sunday to inaugurate and dedicate to the country a portfolio of infrastructure projects valued at about Rs12,930 crore.

Prime Minister will launch the Namo Bharat train around 12:30 PM and the Meerut Metro during the visit at the Shatabdi Nagar Namo Bharat Station.
