Talcher, May 14 -- NTPC Talcher Thermal proudly inaugurated its flagship Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, the "Girl Empowerment Mission (GEM) 2025", reaffirming its commitment to inclusive development and the empowerment of young girls in rural communities.

The one-month-long residential initiative aims to transform the lives of 40 young girls from eight government schools across four Gram Panchayats by providing them access to quality education, healthcare, life skills training, and structured mentorship.
