Talcher, June 10 -- June 08 Talcher Thermal Power Project (TTPS) successfully concluded the Girl Empowerment Mission (GEM) 2025 on 8th June with a vibrant cultural showcase and heartfelt participation from the community. The four-week residential initiative empowered 40 girls from nearby villages, nurturing their self-confidence, skills, and dreams for a brighter future.
The valedictory ceremony was graced by Vijay Chand, Executive Director & Head of Project, NTPC Talcher Thermal, as the Chief Guest. Vibha Agarwal, President, Sagarika Ladies Club, joined the occasion along with NTPC employees, family members, sarpanches from surrounding villages, proud parents, and local villagers who had been vital supporters of the mission.
