New Delhi, April 7 -- NTPC Bongaigaon has secured the prestigious Intra Regional Sports Meet (IRSM) 2024-25 - Football trophy of the Eastern Region-II by defeating NTPC Talcher Kaniha with a score of 2-1 in a high-octane final match. The five-day sporting event witnessed participation from teams representing NTPC Darlipali, NTPC Talcher Thermal, and NTPC Talcher Kaniha, all hailing from Odisha. As the host unit, NTPC Bongaigaon displayed consistent performance, leading in all its league matches and ultimately sealing the championship with a convincing win in the finals.
