India, Feb. 18 -- NTPC Bongaigaon has launched the 2026 batch of Disha Classes to enhance community development and youth empowerment through its voluntary platform e-VOICE and CSR initiatives.

The program, active since 2019, prepares local youth for competitive state and central recruitment exams, particularly for police and armed forces.

Commencing on 17 February 2026, nearly 45 students participated, supported by NTPC employees and the CISF Unit. Key speakers, including Anurag Gupta and Amit Kumar Asthana, emphasized discipline, education, and the company's commitment to nurturing local talent.
