India, Dec. 19 -- Manohar Lal, Union Minister of Power, inaugurated the commercial operation of Unit-2 (250 MW) of the Subansiri Lower Hydroelectric Project, underscoring its significance for India's clean energy commitments and regional development in North-East India.
