India, Jan. 30 -- India successfully kept regular folks safe from wild global energy price jumps, according to Petroluem Minister, Hardeep Singh Puri. The Union Minister explains that the government stepped in at the right time to manage fuel supplies well.

The country didn't pass crazy international market ups and downs to local buyers, Minister noted during the India Energy Week 2026 closing in Goa. He points out that families could still afford fuel and LPG even when the world faced big political messes.

Hardeep Singh Puri claims that India holds some of the cheapest energy rates on the map today. He adds that the nation made sure the lights stayed on and cars kept running without any supply breaks.
