Port Louis, March 12 -- Spotlighting the special and unique partnership between India and Mauritius, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who on Wednesday attended the country's National Day celebrations as the Chief Guest for the second time in last 10 years, said that he was "humbled" to receive the Highest National Award of Mauritius.
