India, Dec. 29 -- The Ministry of Ayush in India has taken significant steps to promote traditional medicine on a global scale by signing 25 international MoUs for cooperation, 15 agreements with foreign institutes for establishing Ayush Academic Chairs, and 52 collaborative research MoUs.

Additionally, 43 Ayush Information Cells are being set up in 39 countries to enhance the reach of Ayush principles worldwide. A Central Sector Scheme has been launched to support Indian Ayush manufacturers and service providers, facilitating the export of products and the international recognition of the Ayush system.
