India, July 6 -- In two separate incidents of wall and boundary collapses reported from different parts of Odisha today, four people lost their lives and two others were injured.

In a mishap, two labourers died and another was critically injured when a boundary wall of a school in Bengabati, under Balipatna police limits, collapsed on them. The labourers were working on a road construction project connecting Athantara to Nuasahi when a 100-foot stretch of the school boundary suddenly gave way.

Despite repeated appeals, ambulance services failed to reach the site. The injured workers were transported to the hospital in a JCB vehicle. Two of them were declared dead upon arrival, while the third is currently undergoing treatment.
