Bhubaneswar, April 25 -- Senior BJP leader and Union Home Minister Amit Shah today hit the campaign trail for the upcoming Lok Sabha and Assembly polls in Odisha.

The Union Home Minister addressed a public meeting at Rameswaram Stadium of Sonepur under Balangir Lok Sabha constituency in Odisha in the afternoon.

Shah urged the people to vote for BJP to make Narendra Modi as the Prime Minister of India for the third consecutive term. The Union Home Minister began his speech by invoking Lord Jagannath.

"I urge the people to elect at least 20 BJP MPs from Odisha in 2024 Lok Sabha polls. The voters of the state should vote the BJP to remove the Naveen Patnaik-led BJD government in Odisha," Shah said.
