India, June 28 -- The chariots of Lord Jagannath and Holy siblings carrying them reached Saradhabali in front of the Gundicha Temple, their destination where the deities will stay for a few days during 11-day-long Ratha Jatra in Puri.
Lord Jagannath's chariot Nandighosha arrived at 1.09 pm at Saradhabali following Lord Balabhadra's Taladhawja and Devi Subhadra's Darpadalan chariots reached here.
The chariot pulling resumed at 9.30 am today as per the schedule revised by Shree Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA) following the chariots were halted midway on the Grand Road last evening.
"It was all Lord Jagannath's will," said SJTA chief administrator Arabinda Padhee on delay in chariot pulling on Friday.
